The GAME Group Plc - Board Changes

The Board of The Game Group plc confirms that, as previously announced, the following Board changes will take effect from 31 January 2004:
Martin Long, aged 36, formerly Chief Executive Designate and Chief Financial Officer, will become Group Chief Executive.
Lisa Morgan, aged 33, formerly Deputy Chief Executive Designate, will become Deputy Chief Executive.
John Steinbrecher, formerly Group Chief Executive, will retire from the Board.
Peter Lewis, Chairman of GAME said:
“We are delighted to confirm Martin Long as our new Group Chief Executive. Martin has already made a significant contribution to the success of our business, as has Lisa Morgan. Martin and Lisa, together with David Thomas, who was recently appointed as Group Finance Director, are a strong team that will drive growth for the Group.”
